What am I supposed to do if there is something wrong with Ace One installation?

Please refer Ace One manual, Ace One FAQ and other chapters and sections related on DJI formal website.

Should I plug 2 USB into PC at the same time?

Normally the USB we mostly use is enough, the other one can be optionally used to guarantee the power of datalink.

Does Ace datalink support OSD?

No,it doesn’t, please use 3rd party OSD system.

Datalink can be automatically cut off in one minute.

Please make sure you use Ace datalink, not original DJI helicopter waypoint datalink or 3rd party datalink.

I burnt the datalink by mistake, what should I do?

Please contact the local dealer for repair, not fix it by yourself.

I lost my GCS CD, where can I download it?

We do not provide download of GCS. Please contact the local dealer or DJI headquarter to get a CD.

What’s the frequency of 900Mhz datalink and working range?

Frequency is 902-928Mhz and working range is approximately 10km.

Is there interference when my Tx and datalink are both 2.4G?

No. It uses intelligent frequency hopping technology, they won’t interfere each other.
