Yes.
Photos from Timelapse can be downloaded and viewed on a computer.
DJI Action 2 uses RockSteady 2.0 technology to stabilize footage. This Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) technology is realized by increasing the shutter speed, analyzing the images captured by the CMOS sensor, and compensating by cutting off the edges of these images. In this way, multiple frames are overlaid and finally combined into a single frame that is sharp, clear, and accurately exposed.
HorizonSteady uses DJI's latest stabilization algorithm to lock onto a leveled horizon in every frame, regardless of how the camera is mounted or worn. It allows you to capture smooth and stable footage whether you are cycling on bumpy roads or go-karting around a track.
Yes. DJI Action 2 supports up to 1080p/240fps 8x slow motion videos.
It is designed to capture a wide dynamic range from the sensor, and colors are distributed evenly so the dark part of a picture is greatly improved. It is not a real LUT, but a lower-contrast video with a flat color profile, great for post-processing options.

Others
DJI Action 2 is constructed of aluminum alloy that can be prone to fast heat conduction and dissipation. Given that Action 2 supports 4K/120fps video recording, it’s normal for the camera unit to get hot when recording.
DJI Action 2 has a built-in temperature control system. Action 2 will automatically send a prompt to stop recording when the camera temperature reaches the set value. The Auto-Stop Rec Temp supports two set value settings (Standard: 48℃ and High: 53℃). You can adjust the Auto-Stop Rec Temp in the settings according to your usage habits and preferences.
(*When using the Action 2 Camera Unit separately, the Auto-Stop Rec Temp refers to the frame temperature. When connected with the Front Touchscreen Module or Power Module, the Auto-Stop Rec Temp refers to the connected module’s frame temperature. There might be a temperature difference of around 1 to 2℃)
To lower the rate of temperature increase while using Action 2, you can reduce the video resolution. For example, when recording video at 1080p (Power Reserve) mode, Action 2’s temperature will rise relatively slower and will only feel moderately hot.
No, but you can magnetically attach the Macro Lens or other third-party lenses or filters to the camera.
Yes.
Yes. The DJI Action 2 Camera Unit can be used at depths of up to 10 meters, and up to 60 meters by using the DJI Action 2 Waterproof Case. The Front Touchscreen Module and Power Module are not waterproof, so these modules should be used with the Waterproof Case in water-based scenarios.
1. Check that the lens and screen are intact.
2. The DJI Action 2 Camera Unit is waterproof at depths of up to 10 meters. It is recommended to use it with the Waterproof Case, which will increase the waterproof capabilities to 60 meters.
3. Avoid high water pressure conditions, such as when cliff diving.
4. Do not use it in hot springs.
5. After using it underwater, clean the device with fresh water and let it dry naturally.

1. Dirt on the lens can be cleaned with a lens cleaning cloth. For dust in the cracks at the edge of the lens, use a dust blower or cotton swab for cleaning.
2. To clean water stains, oil smudges, or fingerprints on the lens, apply a few drops of lens cleaning solution on lens tissues and use a circular motion.
The DJI Action 2 Camera Unit is dust-proof. However, if dust does get inside the device and cannot be cleaned, please contact DJI After-Sales for repair.
