EOL Announcement for DJI Zenmuse X4S


Dear Customers,


  Thank you for always supporting and trusting in DJI.


  In order to provide you with a better product experience and improved after-sales service, DJI would like to inform you of a key milestone in the life cycle of the DJI Zenmuse X4S. At the same time, we recommend that you use an updated product to obtain a better product experience and improved service.


  Due to product technology iterations and strategic adjustments, the Zenmuse X4S will enter its end-of-life process starting from October 8, 2018.





End of Production

The “End of Production” date is the date when DJI ceases the production of a product, meaning that this product will not be produced any longer after this date.

End of Service

After the “End of Service” date, DJI will not provide any services related to this product:

1. This includes (but isn't limited to) phone service, paid repair service, etc.

2. If a product is under warranty or a service plan has been purchased for the product (such as DJI Care Refresh), then a related service or a service with the same value can be provided.
