Is the aluminum case included in S800?

Only pre-order customer can get the aluminum case. Default packaging is carton.

What battery does S800 use?

S800 use 6S LiPo battery (10000mAh~15000mAh) only.

What’s the flight time of S800?

30min with 6S 10000mah lipo,no payload; 16-22min with payload 1.2kg.

Is S800 landing skid retractable?

No, it isn’t.

Why the arms are not flat and horizontal?

This design will enhance the flight stability.

What do the symbols ⊗ and ⊙ mean, printed on the frame?

It indicates the rotation direction of motors. ⊗ for clockwise and ⊙ for counter clockwise.

Which prop size does it use? Can I use other props?

S800 use 15inch CF props. The size and design have been strictly tested by DJI to get the best performance. Do not use other props.

Does S800 include a battery tray?

Yes, it does.

Can I install Naza-M on it?

Yes, but Naza-M is designed for Hobbiest and not compatible with Zenmuse. We recommend WooKong-M if you are in professional APV.
