DJI Care Refresh is an after-sales service plan launched by DJI, which provides you with efficient, flexible, and optional accidental damage protection solutions, allowing you to enjoy your DJI product with greater peace of mind wherever you go.

DJI Care Refresh Series service includes the following two service plans, which you can choose according to your needs. For details, please refer to the Terms of Service:

after completing the replacement service process[1], you can obtain a functional product from DJI.

DJI repair services offer factory maintenance covering basic inspections, upgrades, calibrations, cleaning, and easily-worn part replacement to keep your aircraft in excellent condition.

The effective time and effective period of different services vary. For more details, refer to Q5. How long is the coverage period of DJI Care Refresh, and how can the effective time be calculated?

DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
· Brand new and un-activated product;

· Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours;
· Handheld device activated within the last 30 days;

If the product does not meet the above conditions, please contact DJI Support and send the product back or apply for video verification. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased within 72 hours after the verification is passed and you receive a purchasing notice.

At the moment, DJI Care Refresh is only available to customers in the U.S., Canada, EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and Mainland China.
You can check whether DJI Care Refresh is available in your country on the DJI Online Store.To ensure that you can enjoy the services normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.

1. Purchase DJI products with DJI Care Refresh together at DJI Online Store;

2. Go to DJI Online Store - Service - DJI Care Refresh and input the serial number of your product to purchase DJI Care Refresh.

3. Go to an official flagship store or an authorized store to purchase a DJI Care Refresh activation code. After purchasing, please follow the instructions to bind DJI Care Refresh.

· The validity period of the replacement service and Exclusive Repair Discounts Service provided by DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) will be calculated from 0:00 on the date stated in the service agreement, and the validity period is 12 months. The validity period of the Rewards for Safe Flight service provided by DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) will be calculated from the expiration of the validity period of replacement service and discounted repair service, and the validity period is 12 months (In Europe and U.K, The validity period of the Rewards for Safe Flight service will be calculated from the expiration of the official warranty period).

· The validity period of the replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) will be calculated from 0:00 on the date stated in the service agreement, and the validity period is 24 months. The validity period of the extended warranty service provided by DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) will be calculated from 0:00 of the second year on the date specified in the service agreement. It will end at the same time as the replacement service period expires. The validity period is 12 months.The validity period of the Rewards for Safe Flight service provided by DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) will be calculated from the expiration of the validity period of replacement service and discounted repair service, and the validity period is 12 months.

The date stated in the service agreement depends on the purchase and binding method of DJI Care Refresh:

· When DJI Care Refresh is purchased together with a DJI product on DJI Store, the date stated in the service agreement will be the activation date of the product. For DJI OM 5, DJI OM 4 Series, if your product is not activated after purchase, DJI Care Refresh will automatically take effect 45 days after the delivery date. Please refer to the date stated in the service agreement for specific information.
· The date stated in the service agreement is the day of purchase when DJI Care Refresh is purchased separately on DJI Online Store.
· The date stated in the service agreement is the day of binding when DJI Care Refresh is bound through the DJI Care Refresh activation code.

The aforementioned services cannot be used outside the validity period. Damage or an accident to the product within the service coverage that occurs outside the validity period is not covered by DJI Care Refresh.

A product warranty is a guarantee of repair service provided when your DJI product is malfunctioning due to non-user error. DJI products are eligible for this service if damage occurs within the aforementioned coverage during the warranty period. If DJI Care Refresh is purchased, the official warranty period can be extended accordingly (if applicable).

DJI Care Refresh provides both replacement service and discount repair service if damage occurs to the product during normal use or accidents. If you have purchased DJI Care Refresh and the repair costs are covered by the standard product warranty, the remaining replacement or discount repair balance on your DJI Care Refresh will not be affected.

The Factory Maintenance provided by DJI Care Refresh is a preventive maintenance with the goal of keeping your product in excellent condition. During factory maintenance, any product malfunctions identified outside the service scope will be handled through the official warranty, replacement service, or discount repair service according to the actual situation.

Since the effective time of DJI Care Refresh varies for different services after the purchase, damage or an accident to the product within the service coverage that occurs before the service takes effect is not covered by DJI Care Refresh. Service fees incurred before the service takes effect will not be refunded.

Currently, DJI Care Refresh provides international coverage to DJI Action 2, DJI OM Series, DJI RS 2, DJI RSC 2 and DJI Pocket 2. For the supported products which purchased from DJI official stores or any other authorized channels with a valid proof of purchase, you can apply the replacement service and extended warranty service at any of the global DJI official or authorized repair centers who could provide DJI Care Refresh services once they confirmed your claim had met the service conditions.

For other products, the service is only available in the country or region where the DJI Care Refresh was purchased.

DJI Care Refresh flyaway replacement service supports the DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, DJI AIR 2S, Mavic Air 2, DJI Mini 2 and DJI Mini SE.
If the above product flies away, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI.

To make sure that your aircraft can use the flyaway replacement service, the DJI account needs to be bound with the aircaft, and the remote controller bound with the aircraft.

· Binding an aircraft with an DJI account means the owner of the account has ownership of the aircraft.
· Binding the aircraft with the remote controller records the linking relationship between the aircraft and the remote controller.

If a flyaway occurs, only the owner of the bound account can apply for the flyaway replacement service and produce the flyaway report with the bound remote controller to mark the aircraft as a flyaway.

Therefore, in order to use the flyaway replacement service on your products, please be sure to go to [Profile] - [Device Management] in the app to bind your app account with the aircraft in advance, and also to bind the remote controller with the aircraft.
The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the flyaway aircraft was not bound with the account and remote controller, or if the account or remote controller was unbounded before the flyaway occurred.

No. The DJI Care Refresh flyaway replacement service is only for flyaway issues during normal use or accidents.

To apply for the flyaway replacement service, the accident flight records are required, and the customer needs to launch the app and sync the flyaway accident flight records. If accident flight records cannot be provided or synchronized, the DJI Care Refresh flyaway replacement service cannot be used.

If your DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) has not yet expired, and there is at least one product replacement left, then you can purchase DJI Care Refresh +, which extends your replacement service for one more year as well as prolonging the warranty period of your product.
Since DJI Care Refresh + provides a second year of after-sales services, DJI Care Refresh + cannot be purchased if you already purchased the 2-Year Plan of DJI Care Refresh.

DJI Care Refresh cannot be purchased repeatedly. Each DJI product can only be bound to DJI Care Refresh once. After using the service provided by DJI Care Refresh, if the product's serial number is changed, the provided product will automatically bind to the original product's DJI Care Refresh, and the original service and warranty period continues. Therefore, the original unit will no longer have a DJI Care Refresh Plan. Please do not re-purchase DJI Care Refresh for the replacement unit.

To make sure that your aircraft can enjoy the flyaway replacement service (if applicable), please enter [Profile] - [Device Management] in the app to bind your DJI account with the aircraft in advance, and also to bind the remote controller. The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the flyaway aircraft was not bound with the account and remote controller, or if the account or remote controller was unbounded before the flyaway occurred.

4. A single DJI product can only bind to DJI Care Refresh once. After using the service provided by DJI Care Refresh, if the product's serial number is changed, the provided product will automatically bind to the original product's DJI Care Refresh, and the original service and warranty period continues. Therefore, the original unit will no longer have a DJI Care Refresh Plan. Please do not re-purchase DJI Care Refresh for the replacement unit.

5. The serial number of your DJI product is essential for using DJI Care Refresh. Please keep the information to yourself. If your DJI product serial number is lost or stolen, you shall bear the corresponding consequences and responsibilities.
