1. What are the main differences between the Phantom 4 Advanced and Phantom 4 Pro?
The Phantom 4 Advanced inherits most of the functions of the Phantom 4 Pro. However, in order to increase affordability, unlike the Phantom 4 Pro, the Phantom 4 Advanced does not have Rearward Vision Sensor and two Infrared Sensors in its Flight Autonomy system. Also, its remote controller supports the 2.4 GHz frequency band and does not support the 5.8 GHz frequency band.
2. What propellers does the Phantom 4 Advanced use?
The Phantom 4 Advanced uses DJI 9450 quick-release propellers.
3. What's the Phantom 4 Advanced’s maximum speed?
In S-mode, 20 meters per second.
In P-mode, 14 meters per second.
In A-mode, top speed varies depending on environmental factors.
4. What is the Phantom 4 Advanced’s maximum flight time?
The Phantom 4 Advanced can fly for up to 30 minutes in ideal conditions. Actual flight time varies based on environmental conditions and operation.
5. How do I calibrate the Phantom 4 Advanced's Forward and Downward Vision Systems?
The Forward and Downward Vision Systems can be calibrated with DJI Assistant 2 and DJI GO 4. If there is an error with the Forward or Downward Vision System, a prompt stating that auto calibration for the Vision System is required will pop up in the DJI GO 4. Follow the instructions in the DJI GO 4 to calibrate. For the best results, we recommend calibrating the Forward and Downward Vision Systems with DJI Assistant 2. If you don’t have a computer at hand, calibrate them with DJI GO 4.
